Welcome! I am a PhD Candidate in comparative politics in the Department of Government at Cornell University.
My research interests include reproductive politics, social movements, public opinion, and gender in Latin America and the US. I also collaborate in research on diversity, equity, and inclusion in international relations. I am currently developing my dissertation project, which explores the relationship between abortion access and reform in Argentina, Colombia, and Costa Rica. My work asks how people think about and make demands regarding reproductive agency, and the experience of agency influences elite and public opinion and the process, extent, and quality of policy reform. My work has been generously supported by the Einaudi Center for International Studies, the Gender and Security Sector Lab, the Reppy Institute for Peace and Conflict Studies, and the Roper Center for Public Opinion Research. I hold a B.A. with Honors from William & Mary. |
